Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

Promotion Period: The competition commences on 22/4/2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 April 2025.

How to Enter:

• Customers will receive two (2) entries for each layby purchase made via this website.

• Customers will receive three (3) entries for each pay-and-post purchase made via this website.

• Customers will receive two (2) entries for each layby purchase made via the facebook group www.facebook.com/groups/geologialgeorgesales.
• Customers will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw with laybuys paid out before the closure date
• Customers will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw when they share the Facebook page www.facebook.com/geologicalgeorge and contact admin to say they have done so (max 1 entry using this method).
• Customers will receive one (2) automatic entries into the draw when adding a memeber to thhe website group for both the new member and the entrant. This only applies should the added person answer the entry questions.

Prize: There is one (1) prize consisting of a $100 voucher redeemable with Geological George via the WEBSITE ONLY.

• The voucher must be used within 6 months of the draw date.

• The voucher is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged.

• The Voucher can be used for WEBSITE puchases only.
• Voucher is only applicable to purchases after the promotion is drawn and cannot be applied to open laybuy invoices.
  

Draw Details:

• The prize draw will be conducted by random selection and recorded via video, which will be posted on our official Facebook page: www.facebook.com/geologicalgeorge.

• The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition close, on or before 7 May 2025.

Winner Notification:

• The winner will be notified via Facebook messenger and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a redraw may be conducted.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name in promotional material.

General:

• This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
