Book a Visit to come see us at our factory in Murwillumbah
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Fridays - Choose the "Pick Up" or "Pick Up: Away" option for anything after 1pm. We are only available for pick up after 1 pm on Fridays.
Saturdays - Visits *may* be available on select Saturdays between 9:30 and 12 noon (can not go past 12) and must be arranged by telephone 0416236044 in advance. Saturdays are not guaranteed as our availability depends on a family commitment.
NO DOGS OR OTHER PETS, PLEASE LEAVE THEM AT HOME! Legally protected Service Animals excepted. Yes, sometimes you'll see our dog Jasper there, but he's our problem.
To use the Booking Widget:
1: Select visit type.
2: Widget will open a calendar once the visit type is selected. This may take a moment.
3: Select date and time. Bookings close 8hrs in advance.
4: Add your info. Wholesale customers must have an account already and may not bring people not associated with their business.
If you date is unavailable, please select the AWAY option, as you may still be able to arrange Pick Up (note, this only works for dates that Jasmine and George aren't physically in the Factory but other staff are)
If you are picking up an order, please make sure it is paid off at least 2 working days beforehand and please bring your invoice.
