Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards sold by Geological George.

1. Expiry Period

   • This gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, as per NSW law. The expiry date is clearly displayed on the card or provided electronically at the time of issue.
   • After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the card will no longer be redeemable.

2. Redemption

   • Gift cards can be used to purchase goods and/or services from the Geological George Factory, online at www.geologicalgeorge.com or via our usual sales chanels. Please use your code at checkout or contact us if purchasing via Facebook.
     
   • This gift card is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Any balance remaining on the card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

3. Non-replaceable

   • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced. Treat your gift card code like cash, as it will not be reissued if lost or damaged.

4. Code Security and Responsibility

   • Gift card codes are provided to the purchaser and/or recipient for their use. We are not responsible for the unauthorized use or redemption of a gift card code if it is used by someone other than the intended recipient. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or recipient to keep the code secure and to ensure that it is only used by the intended recipient.

5. No Fees

   • NSW law prohibits the imposition of any post-purchase fees for using the gift card.Geological George does not charge any fees for the purchase, use, or maintenance of the gift card balance.

6. Balance and Usage

   • To check the balance of your gift card, please contact us at rocks@geologicalgeorge.com.au
     
   • Any balance remaining on the gift card after a purchase will be retained on the card until it is used or until the card expires.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

   • Geological George reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, provided such changes comply with NSW gift card laws. The current terms and conditions will be made available on our website.
